  At check-out they said I did damages under the car. Which I didn't and they said that I should have checked before. How would I get under the car at 9pm with no lights to check for any damages? It felt like a scam instructions were not clear. At check-out we tried to get some consense and the lady got furious and start offending my father in law and me by phone when we were trying to explain her that was not fair.

  While Delievering the car everything was ok. We had a very nice gentleman that helped us with everything and left us choosing the car.

  Very good price. Mixed service. Make sure you get plenty of high resolution photos of the car when you pick it up. Our pickup staff was in a hurry to finish and didn't mark up all the damage on the car as we got it. Fortunately we took high resolution pics when we picked it up & could prove the damage wasn't caused by us, so had our deposit returned. Other than that, good service.
